The DTC (DSP + Transputer Card) Revision 2 is a homebrew card designed
by Alberto Vignani.  It contains a Xilinx XC4003E-3 FPGA, an INMOS IMST425
Transputer, and a Motorola DSP56002 DSP.  Please see his webpage for further

You should find most of the necessary software/documentation to develop and
run applications off of the DTC (exception is the Xilinx FPGA).
