Sundance SMT224 System Service TRAM
- Size 1 system services TRAM
- 40 bits of digital I/O
- Four, 8-bit, counter/timers
- Watchdog interface and RTC
- Silicon serial number 'dongle'
Using a Z80 compatible microcontroller the SMT224 offers the
following:- five 8-bit wide TTL I/O lines which may be used as 34 TTL
I/O lines, three timer/counter outputs, four external clock/trigger
inputs, a watchdog output signal, a real-time clock (RTC), software key
(for protection etc.) and 32KBytes of SRAM as a data buffer between the
MCU and the two C011 link adaptors. Five of the TTL I/O lines are
committed, three for interfacing the RTC and two for the silicon serial
number device. The RTC provides time, day, date with leap year
compensation, a 24byte scratch pad RAM and may be battery backed.
